UK-based data, intelligence and payments platform Moneyhub has been chosen by expense management platform ExpenseOnDemand as its Open Banking provider.

Through the new partnership, businesses will be able to improve how they handle credit card expenses by integrating Open Banking technology.

ExpenseOnDemand cited client demand for more reliable and broader Open Banking connections, as well as “enhanced” functionality and “deeper” financial insights as the reason for its move over to Moneyhub.

Working with Moneyhub will strengthen ExpenseOnDemand’s offering, with “broader aggregation, superior categorisation and enrichment, and best-in-class support”.

Siddharth Nigam, director of product and strategy at ExpenseOnDemand, said: “Our integration with Moneyhub is a game-changer, bringing seamless credit card connectivity to ExpenseOnDemand across the UK, EU, and Australia.

“With real-time syncing and enhanced visibility, businesses can automate expense management like never before—saving time, reducing errors, and gaining full financial control.”

ExpenseOnDemand was established in 2003 with the aim to replace outdated, manual processes in expense management, with automated solutions.

Dan Scholey, Moneyhub’s chief commercial officer, called ExpenseOnDemand, “a pioneer in the expense management industry”.

“The Moneyhub Platform is designed to deliver accurate, reliable data, along with exceptional support, and integrating this into ExpenseOnDemand’s platform is a great example of how these elements can transform business operations,” he added.

Moneyhub’s Open Data platform enables companies to quickly and easily transform data into personalised digital experiences and initiate payments, while its APIs and fully customisable platform provide data aggregation, insights, notification nudges, and payment systems.

In February this year, Moneyhub partnered with Open Banking platform Money Squirrel to support its financial management app for SMEs.
