Salt Edge partners with Innovance Technologies in boost to Open Banking in EMEA

Software development company Innovance Technologies has joined forces with Salt Edge to accelerate the delivery of Open Banking solutions in the EMEA region to institutions including lenders, traditional banks and digital wallets.

Turkey-based Innovance Technologies provides in-house-developed end-to-end solutions to financial institutions, from fintech startups, to more established businesses.

By teaming up with Salt Edge, a financial API platform with PSD2 and Open Banking solutions, will give businesses “unprecedented access to a full stack of fintech solutions”, according to a press statement.

Through the partnership, financial institutions, such as digital wallets, lenders, and digital and traditional banks, will be supported to achieve Open Banking compliance.

Innovance’s clients will also be able to access account data instantly via a unique gateway, as well as access to a secure payment method to make quick payments.

Togay Çınlarses, global sales and partnership director at Innovance Technologies said the collaboration combines Innovance’s experience in financial technology solutions with Salt Edge’s expertise in Open Banking and secure data aggregation.

In July, Salt Edge released version six of its Open Banking Gateway API, with key updates and enhancements including speed and ease of integration.

The newest version incorporates a “more dynamic and responsive system”, including facilitating real-time updates and notifications.
