Heather Xiao

Heather is a dedicated advocate and thought leader in open banking, open finance and smart data. She is the founder and CEO of Horizon Zero, supporting businesses to create impactful strategy and roadmaps on open banking, open finance and smart data through joint research on ecosystem co-creation, consulting and training. Prior to this she was Product and Operations Director for Open Banking (OBL/OBIE) responsible for overseeing the entity’s product management, trust framework services operations, ecosystem participants support and business development.
